Payment Collection: • Membership Director to follow up on Sukirti Bahirat and Sakshi for payment collection. • From Bahirat family, collect RI dues for two months (22-23), pro rata expenses, and this year's membership fees. • From Sakshi, collect RI & District dues for RY 23-24. 2. Membership Policy: • Pro rata fees to be collected from new members. • Quarterly fees applicable based on the joining date. • Joining date for new members, once confirmed by BOD, will be considered. 3. President Elect (PE) Decision: • BOD to make a final decision by meeting with Rtn Parchi before 15th Feb. 4. Honorary Membership: • Mrs. Tarita Shankar to be granted Honorary Membership. • A letter to be sent to her before 10th Feb. Admin: Scheduled Meetings for February: 1. 15 Feb: Valentines Day Celebration (Guest Speaker) 2. 22nd Feb: Synergy Meet with Shukrangan Group 3. 28 & 29 GMRT Narayangaon For Science Day celebration (Multi District RYLA part) 4. Picnic in the first week /last week of March at Kokan/Mahabaleshwar 5. Women’s Day Celebration in March Service Projects: 1. Asmita Project: • Identify colleges from Pune by 20th Feb. • Conduct the project in the upcoming days. 2. Aerators: • President to carry out the first phase at his society; Rtn Anita to lead. CSR: 1. Financial Update: • Club received Rs. 10 Lakhs, utilized Rs. 7.5 Lakhs for Ghantagadi in Grampanchayat Pandharewadi. • Remaining funds to be used for Gift of Life/Happy Village by end of March. 2. Gift of Life: Global Grant • In progress. 3. Happy Village: • Proposed at Velhe; Rtn Mamta and Rtn Anita to lead. • Analysis of parameters to be done by Umesh, Mamata, Jaya, Sanjay, Anita for the Formation Of RCC in Velhe. 4. Dialysis Machines Donation: • Planning to donate 4 machines in Daund area with RCP Kurkumbh MIDC's help. • President and Rtn Jayyant Kolhatkar to conduct the first analysis and hospital search visit. Club Trust: • Meeting to be decided. • Compliance to be updated. • Trustee meeting to be planned. Medical Project: • Plan a BMD camp & check-up camp at Velhe.
